Bullous Pyoderma Gangrenosum With Subungual Involvement Associated With Ulcerative Colitis.

Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare inflammatory and ulcerative skin disease of unknown etiology characterized by neutrophilic infiltration of the dermis, mainly affecting the lower extremities. Bullous PG is a rare variant of this disease, usually associated with hematologic disorders.
